Can I return my LEGO set?

Because we specialize in pre-owned and outlet LEGO sets, we unfortunately cannot accept returns due to change of mind. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Damaged or Incomplete Sets

If you receive a damaged or incomplete set, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

  • Contact support@brickfuldreams.com with your order number
  • Attach photos if the set is damaged or missing parts
  • We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used sets after delivery
  • Lost items after confirmed delivery
  • Custom or final sale items
